Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Fee
We offer a standard shipping fee of $8.55 USD per order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Total delivery time: 6–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States. Certain remote areas may require additional delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed beyond expected delivery time, please contact us. We will assist in investigating with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
